Our History
Kypseli started in 1960 in Volos, with the idea that sweets should be made with pure ingredients and respect for tradition.
Since 1990, the Skarvelis family has taken this idea a step further, refining the recipes and relying exclusively on fresh milk, pure butter, and carefully selected raw materials.
Thus, today each sweet of Kifissia continues the story of 1960, with even higher quality standards.
